Tong HUA (USA), Inc. purchased 20740 Spence Rd. in Salinas, CA from YRC Worldwide, Inc. for $1,265,000, or about $164 per square foot.Constructed in 1970, the 7,700-square-foot industrial building sits on five acres and features 21 dock-high doors.
