DR Stephens & Co Acquires Moutain View Flex Bldg
D.R. Stephens & Company, a real estate investment and management firm, acquired the flex building at 161 E. Evelyn Ave. in Mountain View, CA from South Bay Development Company for $5.95 million, or about $318 per square foot.The 18,693-square-foot facility was constructed in 1981 and fully renovated in 2000.
