Wilson Park Trains and Tree House and Madrona Marsh Wetlands

The Madrona Marsh Nature Preserve is a unique look at how the area was before Torrance was developed. It is also one of the few wetlands located in a major city. The marsh has a wet season in spring and a dry season in the fall. (The video was shot during the wet season.)

This year, the City will once again honor the men and women of our nation’s military with a three-day celebration that will begin on Friday, May 18, and continue through Sunday, May 20. The Parade highlight will be on Saturday, May 19, and this year’s honored branch is the United States Air Force.
